The main equipments include jaw crusher and counterattack. Crusher, vibrating feeder, circular vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. The general process flow is as follows: First, the bulk material is continuously and evenly fed into the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. Processing, that is, primary crushing processing, and then, the coarsely crushed material is sent to the impact crusher through a belt conveyor for fine crushing treatment, that is, secondary crushing processing, after which the finely crushed material enters the circular vibrating screen through the conveyor. The middle is screened and divided into qualified materials and unqualified materials. The unqualified materials need to be re-sent into the impact crusher through the conveyor to continue to be crushed, and the qualified materials are sent to the finished silo for packaging.
