The processing plant is a well-known supplier of river pebble materials in Shandong. The production experience is very rich. The original production line of the plant has many problems such as backward equipment, serious pollution and high cost. Therefore, the factory intends to update the backward equipment. After many investigations, I finally chose the Raphael machine. According to the current situation of the plant, our company has designed a river pebble sand production line with a production capacity of 100t/h. The main equipments include PE jaw crusher, PEX jaw crusher and new VSI sand making machine. The auxiliary equipment includes a sand washing machine, a feeder, a circular vibrating screen, a belt conveyor, and the like. The production line has simple process and advanced technology, which meets the requirements of the processing plant for production, efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
