Process flow
This 300t/h building special stone production line usually passes through several stages such as crushing, sand making, screening and sand washing. The detailed process is:
1.Crushing: The material to be processed is uniformly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder, and then sent to the impact crusher for fine crushing by the belt conveyor, and then sieved by a circular vibrating sieve. 
2.Sand making: After sieving, the materials that meet the requirements are transported into the sand making machine through the conveyor for sand making.
3. creening: The material coming out of the sand making machine enters the circular vibrating screen again through the conveyor. The unqualified materials need to be sent back to the sand making machine to continue the sand making process, and the unqualified materials enter the following process.
4.Cleaning: There will be certain impurities in the stone after sand making, and the qualified stone can be obtained after being cleaned by the sand washing machine.
